Welcome Packages - We try to send out welcome packages within 5-7 business days of receiving orders via UPS and on some occasions via USPS.  Once we receive an order we head into the groves to tag and take photos of YOUR adopted tree (we don't send you a standard photo of the prettiest tree in the grove) so if we are having a bad stretch of weather it may take longer to send your welcome package.  If you need express delivery for that last minute gift, please email us for prices at info@treolive.com

Since we ship via UPS we unfortunately can not make special requests such as "Please call number provided if no one answers the door" However, we do include tracking information with each order and if the above services become available through UPS we will consider them:) 

We only ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

We are only shipping to the US at this time. Due to increasing shipping costs, we can no longer ship to Canada. We look forward to expanding soon.

Olive Oil - We ship all extra virgin olive oil for Full & Premium olive tree adoptions in the Spring (usually late April early May) Please make sure that someone is available to receive your Olive Oil. We cannot assume responsibility for products after delivery for factors beyond our control.

Harvest - Harvest in Calabria can start as early as late September and can last until late January depending on the year.  Other regions of Italy to the north have shorter harvest periods that end as early as November because of frost and winter weather. 

Customers that adopt olive trees by February 28th (or 29th on leap years) will receive their oil in late April/early May of the same year.

Customers that adopt olive trees on or after March 1st will receive the olive oil from their tree the following spring.
